North California Vineyard Vegetarian Dishes

After all the great reviews of her previous books, we wondered how one of our favorite authors, Napa Valley Resident Leslie Mansfield, would continue her popular series of Northern California Vineyard Cookbooks. This book is for those who like to eat light or prefer meatless meals. Californians are known for their sometimes exotic tastes and preferences and Leslie proves that just because it's different doesn't mean it isn't absolutely delicious. Mostly white wines, but a few reds and blush wines are recommended with these dishes.
